*Monday – Thursday Hall Rental – 2 hour minimum for hourly rentals.
**Cleaning – We require that you take all trash off tables and put in garbage bags, that kitchen be left clean (as found) and garbage bags be placed outside.
The paid cleaning includes washing down tables, taking down tables and chairs, sweeping and mopping floor, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, dumping bags in dumpster, etc… (This paid cleaning usually takes a company about 4-6 hours to complete). We require this cleaning on any event that has food and is over 100 people.
***Security Guards– BJM uses a third party licensed security guard company. 1 Security Guard for up to 100 people and 2 Security Guards for over 100 people.
**** Refundable Security Deposit – This deposit is in addition to the rent, but will be refunded back to you if there is no damage or issues. If there is damage, then the damage amount will be deducted from the deposit and the remainder will be refunded back to you. We send a refund check usually within 10 days after the event.
